For those of you who dont know... Murakami is a contemporary Japanese artist. His work ranges from fine arts to commercial media and pop culture. Hes done everything from full art exibits to designing phone accessories. Hes worked with the likes of Hiroshi Fujiwara, Medicom Toy, clothing brands Visvim, and Levis as well as Hollywoods Kirsten Dunst(?) and pop icon Kanye West.
He designed the cover art for the Graduation Album from Kanye West as well as animated the Good Morning video.
Perhaps what hes currently most famous for (as illustrated above) is his work with Louis Vuitton. Hes designed several pieces of exclusive LV bags and apparel. He was included in Times Magazines "100 Most Influential People" List
